Description

GIANT 4.25" Megalodon Shark Tooth - Museum Quality Piece.  This tooth is 4.25" long (and is the actual tooth, as seen in the individual photos in this listing).  Discovered by Connecticut Scuba Divers diving off the North Carolina Coast (30 miles from shore, 110 feet underwater).  Megalodons existed 2 million years ago and their teeth can be found DEEP in the Ocean.  Each "inch" of Shark Tooth represents "10 feet" of Shark - so this ONE (1) 4.25" Fossil Tooth once belonged to a 40 foot Shark!  (This item is 100% authentic and can be verified by Dive Team.)  It is available for shipping nationwide to Winning Bidder (with additional insurance, given the value) or can be picked up for FREE in Enfield, Connecticut after the Auction.  This 4.25" Tooth is in extremely good "Museum Quality" Condition, is symmetrical, and still contains extensive enamel on the front and back.  Beautiful - and 2 Million Years Old!
